So many of you LOVE our Rewind recipe with lavender and rosewood essential oils. Rewind is an updated version of the original recipe from Mom’s soap making days! We’ve taken that recipe you love and added a lemon-y essential oil that smells like summer and reminds us all to breathe deeply.
We added touches of Brazilian clay because we love the color and the wonderful properties it adds to soap. Brazilian yellow clay is extremely popular for its mild cleansing and gentle exfoliating nature. Each batch is unique and colors vary.
Hickory Grove uses organic oils, nutrients, and essential oils.
Made with goat milk, olive oil, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, avocado oil, palm kernel oil, lanolin, apricot kernel oil, sodium hydroxide, rosehip seed oil, vitamin E, carrot seed oil, grapefruit seed oil, aloe vera, honey, glycerin, annatto, Brazilian clay, litsea cubeba and lemongrass essential oils.
Hand-cut and made in small batches. Each bar is approximately 5 oz in size unless otherwise noted. We recommend cutting your bar in half to prolong the life of your soap.
Slight variations in color occur between batches due to the use of natural colorants.

We’ve found that if we treat our bars with care, they last well over a month.
Follow these simple steps to keep your bar in excellent condition and to help it last last longer:
- Keep your bar out of the water when not in use.
- A little goes a long way! Wet your soap lightly and suds up a loofah or use the bar directly on your body and then set it outside the water stream immediately
